Participating in cooking classes locally and during my “On the Food Scene” travels is a joy and a learning experience, especially when it gives me the opportunity to learn about the regional flavors of that locale.
I recently was introduced to Fig Cooking School in Hamden. Unique to this school is that all of the equipment used is home appliances, since the school is located in Heide Lang’s home.
