Found: Candy Serra of New Haven wrote, “I would love to have the recipe for the Log Cabin, (232 E. Main St., Clinton) Stuffed Mushrooms. The recipe has not changed in 25 years; they are delicious!”

Chef Russ Keith was happy to share it. His brother-in-law, Fred Stango, bought the restaurant 30 years ago, and it is popular not only with Shoreline visitors and residents, but also with visitors from afar.
