Janet Sandella of Guilford enjoyed the Beet Salad With Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette served at The Suburban, 2 E. Main St., in Branford. Chef and owner Arturo Franco-Camacho was pleased to share the recipe. Nestled in the center of town, Chef Franco’s inspired design has created an ambience where his eclectic menu can be savored.
By the way, May is National Salad Month, so Chef Franco’s recipe is even more appropriate.
