Found: Jo Ann Esposito of New Haven loves swordfish and has enjoyed the Blackened Cajun Swordfish served at the Sandpiper Restaurant, 161 Cosey Beach Ave., East Haven. The restaurant, famous for its fresh seafood, overlooks Long Island Sound on the town beach in Momauguin. She requested the recipe, and chef-owner Bobby Bertsos was pleased to share it.
