Dad enjoys his second career in the kitchen

Sometimes a job really isn’t a job after all. This is the case for many seniors, who after retiring from a long career, find themselves wanting to still be productive, enjoy time out of their home, and surround themselves with people.

Jobs in the food business can be a fun, creative and exciting way for those who are in need of an outlet in their post-career lives. The opportunity to work as few hours as they want and the ability to enjoy a flexible work schedule, make food service one of the best industries to play in for pay during those “golden years.”
