It is a city of smiles, the birthplace of jazz, a city of spices and Old World trade routes. New Orleans is known as America’s most haunted city with its infamous spirits and French Quarter known for paranormal activity.

The recovery of New Orleans since Katrina can be seen in the faces of the warm and friendly people, who have persevered with their quiet reserve and resilience. The restaurant business has bloomed since the big blow; as a matter of fact, the city now boasts 1,236 restaurants, the most in its history.
